Just wondering...........Split screen replays for tag ups on fly balls
Those are two different cameras. How do we know that the two replays are exactly synchronized?

the double-tag at third base was just awful...but only slightly worse than the pickoff at first base that wasn't called.

the tag-up at third base was only the third worst call in the game.

I'm glad he goofed on the tag up play because the runner was earlier out at 2nd but was called safe so it was like a make up call.

I'm not sure ARod's HR goes out without the camera. But I knew he'd get the call either way.

Why are the cameras allowed to hang over the wall?

The video from the side shows that ARod's ball clearly would have gone over the fence.  But in any event, it turns out that the umps had decided before the game that any ball hitting the camera would be a HR.  Of course, that still begs the question, why was the camera hanging over the wall in the first place?

And, more pointedly, IMO, if the umps KNEW that the camera was hanging over, why didn't they make Fox move it back 6" or so?   Who's running this World Series, MLB or Fox?

Don't answer that.
